Bruma

Even though the Thalmor managed to get to Cloud Ruler Temple there's no record to say whether Bruma was attacked at all. Its probably safe to assume that, as one of the few remaining Imperial Cities, it was heavily defended and ready for battle.

There should still be signs of Bruma's recent military focus, but it's most likely that that it's most pressing issues would be overpopulation, food shortage, and bandit raids.

The Count or Countess of Bruma should probably be a descendant of Narina Carvain, but after a few generation it's likely that the family would look more Nordic.
