Proof Of Concept

The immediate objective is to create a proof-of-concept mods.

The Travel To Cyrodiil team area currently working on this a proof-of-concept mod including a small part of Northern Cyrodiil extending from Skyrim down to Cloud Ruler Temple and possibly Bruma.

A good candidate for another proof-of-concept is Solstheim. It's a nordic island north of Morrowind so most of it could be built without needing to create new assets.
